Using This Website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission
• Use the site in any way that damages it or interferes with others’ use of it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Use any automated system to scrape or collect content from the site

Our Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, worksheets, videos, and course materials, is owned by Serve. Share. SHINE.™ and protected by copyright and trademark law.

Enrolling in a program gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. It does not give you the right to teach, resell, repackage, or distribute them. You may not share program materials, login credentials, or recordings with anyone else.

Programs and Services

What’s included: Each program’s description, deliverables, duration, and price are set out at the time of purchase. Those details, together with these terms, govern your enrollment.

Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to reschedule, please give at least [24/48] hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

Program access:  Access to materials, community spaces, and recordings lasts for the duration stated in your program description.

Client participation:  Results depend on your participation. We provide strategy, frameworks, and support; implementing them is your responsibility.

Payment

Pricing:  Prices are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change for future enrollments. Your price is locked once you enroll.

Payment plans:  Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Missed payments may result in access being paused until the account is current.

Late or failed payments:  If a payment fails, we’ll contact you to resolve it. Accounts more than [30] days past due may be suspended.

Refunds and Cancellations

Option A:  No refunds: Due to the nature of digital and coaching services, all sales are final and no refunds are issued. If you have concerns about your experience, contact us, and we’ll work with you to resolve them.

Option B:  Limited refund window: Refund requests must be made in writing within [X] days of purchase and before [milestone, e.g., the second session]. After that point, no refunds are available.

Cancellation by us:  We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a program. If we cancel and cannot offer a comparable alternative, you’ll receive a full refund for the unused portion.

Community Guidelines

Programs that include a group component are built to be safe and supportive. Participants agree to keep what’s shared in the group confidential, treat one another with respect, and refrain from soliciting or marketing to other members without permission. We may remove anyone from a community space for conduct that undermines it, without refund.

Testimonials and Results

Any testimonials, client stories, or results shared on this site reflect individual experiences. They are not guarantees. Your results will depend on your business, your market, your effort, and factors outside our control. We make no promise of specific income, client volume, or business outcomes.

We are not attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, or licensed therapists, and nothing we provide should be treated as legal, financial, tax, or mental health advice. Limitation of Liability

SHINE.™ and Turiya Hodge are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our programs. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
